We aim to describe and display our coffees and other products as accurately as possible. Because coffee is an agricultural product, natural variations may occur between harvests, lots and roast batches.

Product availability is subject to stock, and we may change, discontinue or update products without prior notice.

All prices shown on the website are displayed in the applicable store currency.

Prices, promotions and offers may change from time to time without prior notice. The price confirmed at checkout is the price applicable to your order.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout where relevant.

4. Orders

An order is considered submitted when you complete checkout. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, stock discrepancies or other operational issues.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be returned to the original payment method.

Payments are processed through approved third-party payment providers.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, contact and payment information when placing an order.

We do not directly store full payment card details.

Due to the nature of roasted coffee and other food products, returns for change of mind or personal taste preference may not be accepted, subject always to any rights provided by applicable law.

Promotions, discount codes and special offers may have specific conditions, validity periods or product restrictions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn or amended where reasonably necessary.
