Shipping Policy

Crafters Coffee currently delivers within the United Arab Emirates and selected GCC countries.

UAE Delivery
Standard delivery fee: AED 30

GCC Delivery
Standard delivery fee: AED 60

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Orders are prepared and dispatched as soon as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, weekends, public holidays and other circumstances outside our control.

Please make sure that your shipping address, mobile number and contact details are complete and accurate before placing your order. Crafters Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.

For GCC orders, customs duties, import charges or other local fees may apply depending on the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at info@crafterscoffee.ae and include your order number.
